Q:Why does the power bank display 0 or other numbers instead of showing 100% battery level?
A: Seaistar power banks undergo charge and discharge cycle tests before they are shipped from the factory, so it is normal for the rechargeable battery to not display 100% charge.
Q: Failure to charge?
A:Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to restore factory settings. If the power bank still shows 0% after restarting, please contac t us for assistance.
Q:Can you charge the power bank using the type c and the micro usb inputs at the same time?
A:only one charging method can be selected. It is recommended to choose Type-C charging for faster charging speeds with PD30W.
Q:Why does the charging speed not reach super fast levels when charging two devices simultaneously?
A:The portable charger's fast-charging battery pack operates in regular fast-charging mode when charging multiple devices simultaneously. However, when charging a single device, it switches to super fast charging mode.

This is a perfect power bank
When l received the package,I took it out imminently.the power bank’s condition and packaged with everything listed. The size is the best! There are 4 outlets including one type3 and one fast charging outlet.I could fit it in a purse, backpack, or carry it around without any extra weight to struggle about. The light indicator works well.the included cable is a little short but fits my iphone, and after one test run, the portable charger worked as expected!
